GKA manages a central enrolment service for the Kindergartens in our management group. This includes for the Kindergarten programs (4 year old) as well as pre-kinder (3 year old) programs.

GKA manages a central enrolment service for the Kindergartens in our management group. This includes for the Kindergarten programs (4 year old) as well as pre-kinder (3 year old) programs.

To register your child for a GKA kindergarten: 

You can download the Handbook or you can pick up one between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday from our office at 1/2 Waratah Street, Geelong West, or call 5273 0200 and we can mail or email a form to you.
We need:
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport or a statutory declaration stating their date of birth
  • Current IHS
  • The completed enrolment registration form, and
  • A $25 administration fee to register your child for kindergarten.

When we receive your completed enrolment registration we will email or write to you confirming your registration.

No Jab No Play

The ‘No Jab, No Play’ legislation has been passed by the Victorian Parliament. The legislation will commence on 1 January 2016. Attached for your convenience is an updated fact sheet of common questions and answers in relation to the ‘No Jab, No Play’ legislation.

Kindergarten Fees

Fees will be invoiced annually to parents/guardians directly and must be paid by the dates indicated on the invoice. Fees are due to be paid each term in advance of attendance. The first term’s fees must be received in full prior to the child commencing at the service. For children enrolled after the commencement of a term, a full term invoice will be issued and fees must be paid according to the specified due dates. Receipts will be provided upon request.

Parents/guardians experiencing difficulty in paying fees are requested to contact GKA to arrange a suitable alternative payment plan.
